1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PupiBot ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

  • Manage your own calendar, emails, and files
  • Automate repetitive productivity tasks
  • Organize and search information in your Google Workspace

You may NOT use PupiBot to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Violate the privacy of third parties
  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to circumvent the system's security measures
  • Access other users' data without authorization
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or overload the servers
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
Important: You are responsible for all actions performed by PupiBot on your Google account. Always review commands before execution, especially destructive operations (delete, bulk send, etc.).

6. Credits and Billing

6.1 Prepaid Credits

PupiBot works on a prepaid credit model. You add a balance of credits to your account, and each task you run consumes credits based on its real measured usage. When your balance reaches zero, the service pauses until you add more credits — your balance is never left negative.

6.2 How Credits Are Consumed

The cost of each task is derived from the actual resources it uses — measured automatically for that task — multiplied by a published rate. A task that fails is never charged: you only pay for work that completes successfully. Your current balance and the cost of your recent activity are always visible in the app.

6.3 Payments

Payments are processed by Mercado Pago through its hosted checkout. PupiBot never sees or stores your card details. You can pay in Chilean Pesos (CLP) or US Dollars (USD). You are only ever charged when you explicitly choose to buy credits — there is no subscription and no automatic or recurring billing.

6.4 Refund Policy

Credits are purchased in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. Exceptional cases are reviewed individually — contact pupibot@googlegroups.com.

6.5 Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire; they remain available in your account until they are consumed or until you delete your account.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property: PupiBot, including its code, design, logos, and content, are the property of Claudio Gallardo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to your Google Workspace data. PupiBot does not claim ownership of your content.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of PupiBot is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Key summary (aligned with the Privacy Policy):
  • We do NOT copy or store the content of your Gmail messages, Drive documents, or Sheets that live in your Google account
  • Files you explicitly upload to PupiBot (attached in the chat or added to your Library) ARE stored in our infrastructure (Google Cloud Storage and Firestore) so we can process them and show them in your Library — you can delete them at any time
  • Your conversation history (up to 30 recent messages per session) is stored so the assistant can follow context; it is retained for a limited period (see Privacy Policy)
  • We do NOT sell or share your data for advertising
  • We do NOT use Google user data to train AI/ML models
  • You can request the deletion of your data at any time

PupiBot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 Service Provided "AS IS"

PupiBot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

In no event shall PupiBot, its operators, or providers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue.

Maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, adjust fair-use limits, and update credit pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes to credit pricing never affect credits you have already purchased.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PupiBot.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute waiver of that right.
